This film received a total of Five Oscar nominations, including "Best Original Screenplay," and tells the story of a shy waitress who, while working in a small Paris cafe, experiences some magical changes in her life.  

She then decides to dedicate her life to making others happy...in some very unusual ways.  

This film has some delightful moments, but overall, moves a bit slow.
