Crime boss Paul Vitti (Robert De Niro) is in Sing Sing Prison when he "snaps," and begins singing show tunes from "West Side Story."  The feds are convinced that Vitti belongs in a nut house, rather than prison.  Better yet, why not release him to his favorite psychiatrist, Dr. Ben Sobel (Billy Crystal)? 

Sobel helps Vitti get a "straight job," but (unbeknownst to Sobel), Vitti has other plans.  Lisa Kudrow (who plays the doctor's wife) adds her own wacky styling to the plot. 

Seldom does a sequel "hit the mark," but in this case, it's a solid "bulls eye!"
